The bass reaches deep, and the soundstage is dense and well-layered. Most importantly, RomaDVD concludes that the AP80 Pro Max and the MP145 Pro are a match made in heaven. The slightly musical warmth of the player perfectly tames the excessive brightness of the earphones, resulting in a beautifully balanced, highly detailed portable setup.
